Our History
Discreet Pest and Wildlife was founded by a team of Pest Control experts with the goal of providing services to our clients in a way many pest control companies fail to provide. While most pest control companies focus on branding, obvious uniforms, our technicians provide white-glove service in a discreet manner. All too often pest control companies arrive in wrapped vehicles advertising pest control, displaying graphics of insects, rodents and wildlife. Many Cities and Towns Board of Health requirements in Massachusetts mandate commercial accounts to undergo integrated pest control service and prevention. The stigma surrounding pest management and the visual of marked vehicles can have a negative impact on your business. While the majority of accounts are preventative, the stigma of pest control services can create the mindset of infestation, filth, and poor sanitation practices amongst consumers.

Your technician will service your property in a discreet manner during every service. Your
technician will arrive in an unmarked vehicle in plain clothes to perform your service in such a way that your customers will not be aware of the management services being provided.
A complimentary lockbox will be provided for accounts seeking services during hours the business is not in operation. All services will be provided by a Massachusetts Licensed technician, certified by the Purdue University Integrated Pest Management Program. All of our technicians are held to high standards and undergo comprehensive background checks, credit checks, and drug testing. Our technicians are compensated based on customer retention and satisfaction. You can be assured that your technician will service your account as if it was their own business and reputation on the line.
Your proposal will be always provided by a service technician with real world experience who has extensive knowledge in regard to the services they are going to be proposing. We do not utilize “sales professionals” who over promise unrealistic abilities in order to secure a sales commission. Your proposal will be provided by a trained technician with the sole intent to control your problem and prevent additional problems.
